This policy explains how AI ปักตะกร้า (ReelFlow), a Windows desktop application, handles information when you use YouTube features or related services.
Information we use
- ReelFlow account: user ID and account email used to authenticate you and associate data with your Supabase account.
- YouTube channel data: Channel ID, channel title, custom URL, connection status, and connection/verification timestamps.
- Publishing queue data: video title and description, visibility, schedule, job status, video ID, upload/processing progress, and affiliate comment text/status when you enable that feature.
- On-device data: YouTube OAuth access/refresh tokens and resumable upload state, stored in Windows Credential Manager or app storage as needed. Video files remain where you choose to keep them.
How YouTube data is used
We use YouTube API data to connect the channel you choose, upload videos you request, show and check processing status, update privacy or publishing time, and post an affiliate comment only when you enable that feature for a job. ReelFlow does not sell YouTube data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Video files are sent to YouTube when you request an upload. ReelFlow's YouTube integration does not store video files in Supabase.
Storage and service providers
YouTube OAuth tokens are stored in Windows Credential Manager on the device used to connect the channel. You must connect again when moving to another device. ReelFlow does not store YouTube OAuth tokens in Supabase.
Supabase stores your user ID and channel/queue metadata needed for the features. Row Level Security restricts cloud data by user account. Google/YouTube provides API services and Supabase provides authentication and database services.
Retention
ReelFlow's policy is to refresh YouTube data that remains in use or delete channel metadata and YouTube queue history after 30 days without a successful authorization verification or YouTube API request. The hourly cleanup becomes active when the database migration and supporting desktop build are enabled. While setup is in progress, you can request deletion by email; verified requests are processed within 7 calendar days.
Deleting ReelFlow data does not delete videos or comments already sent to YouTube, or original files stored on your device.
Disconnect, revoke and delete
- Disconnect the channel in ReelFlow to remove its credential from Windows Credential Manager on that device. Disconnecting in the app does not automatically revoke the OAuth grant at Google.
- Revoke Google's authorization at Google Account connections.
- To request deletion of cloud data, email us from your ReelFlow account email and include the channel name or Channel ID. After verification, we will delete the associated data within 7 calendar days.
- See how to revoke access and request data deletion. Do not email a password, verification code, or OAuth token.
Security and disclosure
The app stores OAuth tokens in Windows Credential Manager and uses user accounts and database Row Level Security to limit cloud data. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or as necessary for security and service delivery through relevant processors.
Google APIs
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use, and the Google Privacy Policy.
